Can I get the fabric pictured in the appliques. TOP
The photos of the available appliques are the digitizers example. The materials used in the examples may or may not be available. Feel free to ask and I will try and match them the best that I can. What is this blue dot on my item? TOP
When making your item I use a water soluable blue marker to mark the materials. I try to remove it before sending the item to you. However, sometimes that sneaky blue mark shows back up prior to the first washing. To remove it, blot the spot with a clean, wet towel and it will magically disappear :) How should I care for my appliqued/monogrammed/embroidered items? TOP
Applique and monogramming hate heat. It is recommended that items with applique/embroidery be hand washed or washed in the gentle cycle with like colors, in cold water and lay flat or hang to dry. Machine drying is not recommended.
Extra care should be taken with items that have only a zig-zag stitch.
If an item MUST be ironed, iron only the back of the design with low to medium heat. Can I pick my item up to save on shipping? TOP

I have tons of fonts and appliques. Only the most popular are listed on the website. I also update the appliques from season to season. If you have something in mind that you do not see, feel free to contact me. Do you monogram items that are not Cuties items? TOP
Absolutely! I am more than happy to personalize your items. Please contact me via email if you have something you would like monogrammed. How soon can I expect my item? TOP
Since all items are made to order, expect your item in 10-14 days and possibly longer during busy periods (back to school, holidays, etc.) If you need your item sooner, please contact me and I will do my best. If you need an item for a birthday or special occassion please let me know when the big day is so I can plan to have your item to you a week in advance.
