Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the pumpkins, leaves, football and chili. We have a tradition of taking our children to the pumpkin patch for a hayride and to pick out their very own pumpkin. Its always a lot of fun. This year was there was only one difference..apparently the pumpkin patch had been VERY busy. We happily wait in line for over an hour for the hayride to take us to the patch. Little Miss Cuties is happy as can be throwing hay at her brother the whole time we travel. Then finally- we are at the patch! YooHoo. Hold on: There are no pumpkins! Ok there are a few, that are busted and gross. It was a bit disappointing to say the least. But the pumpkin patch owners had us covered. Walk around the patch, take some cute pictures, then come on over to the big boxes in the back (yeah, like the ones at wal-mart) and get you a pumpkin. Not exactly, what I was thinking..but fun nonetheless. And my little lady looked super cute doing it!
